Medal Designation
Three ranked awards will be presented to finalists of the
Fourteenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. A gold
medal is always to be awarded. Ties will not be permitted. The
awards are: one gold medal, one silver medal, and one crystal
award. Prizes will be awarded by the jury at the Awards Ceremony as
follows:
First Prize: Nancy Lee and Perry R. Bass Gold Medal and Van
Cliburn Winner's Cup
- Cash award of $50,000

- International and U.S. concert tours for the three concert
