Winners' Engagements

The six winners of the Thirteenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition shared more than 300 concert engagements throughout the United States during the three seasons following the Competition as coordinated by the Foundation. The gold medalists were also awarded concerts in Europe, Asia, and other international territories through IMG Artists (Europe). Winners were offered engagements with the Rochester Philharmonic, as well as the Colorado, Dallas, San Francisco, and Utah Symphony Orchestras; as well as renowed festival and recital presenters in Atlanta, Boston, Houston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C., notably in venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center, the Krannert Center, and Jordan Hall. Through the coordination of IMG Artists, the gold medalists were invited as featured soloists with the Hong Kong, Israel, London, and BBC Philharmonics; the Philharmonia Orchestra; and symphonies of Basel, Cannes, Singapore; and appeared in prestigious venues throughout Europe, Asia, and North Africa.
