French pianist David Fray was named “Newcomer of the Year 2008” by BBC Music Magazine. A frequent soloist with leading orchestras, he has collaborated with distinguished conductors such as Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Kurt Masur, Christoph Eschenbach, and Riccardo Muti, with recent highlights including performances with the Los Angeles Philharmonic, and the Cleveland and Boston Symphony Orchestras. He also maintains an active career as a recitalist, performing in the most important concert halls across Europe, Asia, and the United States, including the Louvre in Paris, Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, and Carnegie Hall in New York.
