The Preliminary Round is a feast, with the 30 competitors performing in 10 concerts that are full of your favorite piano repertoire.

In this concert, three competitors each perform 45 minutes of music, including the commissioned work by Marc-André Hamelin.

NOTE: All patrons must be age 10 or older to be admitted to Competition performances in Bass Hall.
