The
2010-2011 Cliburn Concerts season includes performances from three
Cliburn gold medalists: Haochen Zhang opens the season at Bass
Hall, John Musto hosts Nobuyuki Tsujii at the Modern Art Museum of
Fort Worth as he performs the composer's Improvisation and Fugue,
and Olga Kern returns to Fort Worth on the 10th anniversary of
winning her Cliburn gold medal.
Plus, enjoy the Metroplex debut of internationally renowned
mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato and three other Cliburn Concerts
debuts, including the Juilliard String Quartet, pianist Stephen
Hough, and organist Dong-ill Shin performing on the Rildia Bee
O'Bryan Cliburn Organ. In addition, Vladimir Feltsman makes an
unprecedented fourth appearance in the Cliburn Concerts
Series.
Dedicated
to introducing audiences to the most compelling and appealing music
of our time, Cliburn at the Modern features today's most prominent
composers. Hosted by Shields-Collins Bray in the relaxed atmosphere
of the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth, performances of the
composer's work are intertwined with intriguing discussions and
question-and-answer sessions. In addition to Mr. Tsujii's special
appearance with Mr. Musto, this season features renowned composers
William Bolcom and Joan Tower.

Tickets
Tickets range from $15 to $90 for Cliburn at the Bass performances.
Tickets for Cliburn at the Modern and the special organ concert at
Broadway Baptist Church are $25 general admission. Student tickets
are $5 cash with a student I.D. and can be purchased at each venue
the night of the show. Student rates are not available for the
Musto/Tsujii performance at the Modern.
Group Rates
Group rates of 10 percent off the ticket price are available for
groups of 10 to 19. Groups of 20 or more receive 20 percent off the
ticket price. Group tickets can be purchased by calling
