Since its inception in 1962, the Cliburn has remained committed not only to identifying young pianists who represent the highest in artistic achievement, but also to nurturing these artists and launching their careers. To this end, the Cliburn arranges for hundreds of recital, festival, and orchestra concert engagements across the United States for the winners in the three years following the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. Medalists are available for solo, chamber, and orchestra concerts, as well as for master classes, outreach activities, and other education programs. The Cliburn provides full artist services, including publicity, programs, visas, and logistics support.

Contact Sandra Doan with the Cliburn at sdoan@cliburn.org if you are interested in engaging Kenny Broberg or Daniel Hsu.

Contact Claudia Clarkson with Keynote Artist Management at Claudia@keynoteartistmanagement.com if you are interested in engaging Yekwon Sunwoo.

In addition to administrative services, the Cliburn is able to deliver promotional support through comprehensive media exposure for its winners:

Webcast. All performances will stream live in their entirety online and on mobile devices. The produced webcast will also feature behind-the-scenes access, VIP interviews, and special informative segments.

Online Content. Most webcast footage, including all performances, is available in perpetuity on the Cliburn’s website and medici.tv for on-demand viewing.

Radio. The performances of the Competition are syndicated nationally by American Public Media’s Performance Today in the weeks and years following—carried by 260 public radio stations and heard by approximately 1.3 million people each week.
